Management Team

Tom Martin, CEO

Tom brings to SIS more than 20 years of IT and business management experience covering a wide range of roles and markets. He worked at Microsoft in Asia and Germany for eight years in various leadership roles managing business units and functions covering business and IT strategy, technology implementation and operational support. Prior to Microsoft he was an IT consultant at AT Kearney and Capgemini. He holds an MBA from European Business School in Germany, is PMP-certified and a member of the IEEE Computer Society.

Paul Harris, COO

Paul brings to SIS over 20 years of technical experience. Starting in operating systems and converged IT and Voice for a company later acquired by Cisco followed by nine years at Microsoft Services delivering complex solution architectures as a Senior Regional Architect in Asia working for large international with finance and telecom companies. Most recently Paul has built two successful IT consulting organizations in SE Asia serving a global customer base. Paul is the holder of three patents. .

Robert Ohorn, CTO

Rob brings to SIS more than 20 years experience with IT operations and solutions development in large international organizations including Siemens, General Motors and Telekom Austria spanning operational and consulting roles. As an entrepreneur he has created and managed several IT companies with a focus on mission-critical and innovative security and service solutions for the telecommunications, automotive and banking industries across mobile, client/server and legacy platforms. Robert holds a teleinfomatics master from Danube University, Austria.

Engineers

Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Eight years of Microsoft Platform experience covering business processes, end-to-end system integration, and productivity improvements implementing complex solutions for Microsoft customers and partners. Holds a Masters of Computer Science and specializes in Software Development. His Microsoft certifications include MCSE in SharePoint, MCSE in Private Cloud, MCSA in Windows Server 2012, MCTS in SCCM, MCITP in Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008, MCITP in Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008.

Junior Messaging Engineer

Over seven years of experience in Information Technology. An experienced IT Support and technical consultant, involved in handling and supporting a range of technologies in different industries. Worked from small to large IT teams in providing technical support to a wide number of users for multinational enterprise companies. Trained in designing and auditing ISMS Standards for Information Security, and helps design and implement changes to particular IT policies. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in Systems Technology Institute in 2007. His Microsoft certifications include Windows Server 2012 and MCSA for Office 365.

Junior Infrastructure Engineer

Over four years of IT support and day-to-day operations experience within data centres of small to medium sized businesses with Windows Server 2012 and R2, Hyper-V Server 2012, Core Network Services, AD, DHCP, NAS and many others. Well versed in Remote Support for Network Systems and Infrastructures. His Microsoft trainings include Windows Server 2012 Storage, Windows Server 2012 R2, Managing Office 365 Identities and Services.
